Our Alarm Receiving Centre
At the heart of Holden Grange is our professionally staffed Alarm Receiving Centre, operating 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
Every call is handled by trained, compassionate operators who assess the situation via two-way communication, access GPS location data, and coordinate with emergency contacts or services. We make regular check calls until someone arrives, keeping both the user and their family informed throughout.
